On **th March ****, I applied for airtel broadband connection. A vendor named shoeb came to take details and money. I tried paying via debit card , money got deducted but he said it's declined. Then he asked me to pay him on gpay. I paid him again. He stopped picking up my calls so i called customer care and asked for refund. I got the refund paid by debit card but the other refund went to the vendor's account. I have tried contacting them from that time there is no response . I get mail in loops asking for my details and the proofs . I have submitted everything. When I call they say i will get a revert back in * working hours but i never got any response. I just want my refund.
