I traveled to India from USA and had a return fight on *th November ****, due to some personal emergency had to cancel out the flight and was promised a refund of approximate $***. Since this ticket was booked through Cheapoair(third party), Air India support team asked me to reachout to them since the refund has been initiated. When inquired Cheapoair team said that refund has not been initiated and AirIndia folks are not responding. This has been a battle for me to get my money back even after being promised for a refund. I am already drained out due to personal issues and on top of it this refund has been a nightmare. Please help on this! very unprofessional and disgusting customer service by AirIndia.
