On ** Aug ****, I ordered a car perfume worth Rs. ₹ ***, but I received the other color of product and wanted to return it. Amazon accepted the request and said it would refund me, and there was no need to return the product to Amazon. As * September passed and I didn't receive the refund, I contacted Amazon customer support, and they said your refund is coming by cheque, so I canceled it and wanted a refund in my bank account. And Funfact, the Order page shows Refund is credited. Today, ** September, and still not received a refund from Amazon.
