 - Refund not received Closed

I have requested for a partial cancellation of my booking on their website. I was informed that they've processed the cancellation and received an email stating the same but I haven't received any confirmation for my refund being processed and neither have I received the money. I've called and emailed them multiple times to ask for the reference number for the refund (if they've processed any) but every time they ask me to wait for an email that their team would send with the requested details. I've got no clue about my money and hence need help with this.
