Hello together,
I placed an order from club factory on July **, **** (ORDER NUMBER: SO********) and paid through paytm.
After receiving the product one of them was defective.
Initiated the returned and sent it back to the club factory.
And after that i have kept following up with tjem , but no response as all.
Once i tried calling them and the person was asking for my babnk details.
Thats how the servcie i received from them.
Its been a month since then and no response from the company at all
Please assist.
