I hereby want to inform that I took this bus on **th dec **** at **:** PM from Lucknow to Delhi. The bus should have reached destination around *:** AM at kashmere gate, Delhi. However, the bus stopped working around *:** AM and then no bus was provided till *:** AM in the morning , Driver refused to refund or provide support to grab another bus. I took another bus myself from Highway to reach delhi around * PM . I was late to office and this caused absentism at my office and delay in work. I raised support request with make my trip to provide refund atleast but they closed this case without any resolution comments (Request ID: *****************). I also tried to call make my trip customer service but IVR response will not put you trough any live support agent and call gets disconnected everytime. I tried calling Laxmi bus travels who advised to contact RED BUS to file a complaint as they cannot do anything from their end. I need refund for this please help.
