I have made a booking for SXR-KOC from makemytrip with booking id NF*AAHMT*********** with connecting flights of air india express (SXR-DEL-KOC). My first flight got delayed by airline, so I chose to reschedule the flight to next day. On the *nd day same thing happened again. But while I connected to makemytrip multiple times. I got no help and my call was disconnected directly and was left with no help. The response was given to cancel the booking with airline and get refund. So pathetic experience from MMT. I have never experienced such worst customer support from any travel partner.
