I booked * room of Ranwara pawana lake, lonawala on make my trip for * days. I paid all the amount in advance. When I visited to the place they didn't accepted the booking even they charged extra money from me. And they also provide me * single basic tent instead of Room. I try communicate with MakeMyTrip but it didn't happen. So I have to adjust in the tent. I want my money back from MakeMyTrip. If any hotel is not accepting their bookings then why MakeMyTrip trip took our booking and collected money from us. MakeMyTrip is doing fraud. I want my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
