I would like to bring to your attention that I paid a total of Rs. **,*** to MakeMyTrip for my trip to Mumbai from Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, due to negligence either on MakeMyTrip's part or the airline's, I was unable to board the flight, as the airline refused to let us board. As a result, I had to spend two days at Abu Dhabi Airport and purchase a new ticket for Rs. **,*** from my own pocket.
I have faced significant difficulties at the airport, and now I am encountering further challenges in claiming the refund.
I am requesting a full refund of Rs. **,***, as the situation arose due to the carelessness of either MakeMyTrip or the Airline.
