I booked a flight from Osaka to Bengaluru round trip for the date **.**.**** and return journey on **.**.****.
But flight from Osaka to Bengaluru on **.**.**** "XJ***" got cancelled but Airlines. So my whole journey got disturbed. So I wanted to cancel whole journey and applied for refund.
Airlines (Airasia) processed cancellation and refunded the amount to travel agent ( MakeMyTrip).
But MakeMyTrip is not processing my refund request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
