Easemytrip - Refund not processed

First of all they charged penalty amount of **** to res schedule my flight whereas the policy clearly states as well s their cc told me that within ** hours it should be done free and then in flight due to lack of non-veg options I had to stay without food which caused me stomach pain for *-* days..now due to this bad experience I am trying to cancel the tickets from Washington to Delhi and will book some other airlines as I don't want to experience same trauma again and website clearly states that I should get around **k for a refund but they ain't processing it now..
