Goibibo India Private Limited - Refund not processed for flight cancellation

My Flight from Kolkata to London (PNR: REVWFI) has been cancelled by Jet airways. Also, in the mail, it is written that I am eligible for a full refund. Please help me in getting the refund ASAP. My frustration is at a peak as none of Goibibo executives is responding to my calls. Please look into this on urgent basis.
