I had booked tickets from Easemytrip for Air India to travel from Moscow to Mumbai on ** July, **** and return on ** August. Air India stopped operating in Russia from April and since then I've been continuously contacting Easemytrip to initiate my refund. They kept telling me that they haven't got reply from Air India so i even contacted Air India and told them to update Easemytrip. Air India told me that they have already updated and on **nd August, they even added a special remark in my ticket which should be immediately visible to Easemytrip. But easemytrip is still telling me that they have no update from Air India, everyday they tell me to wait for **-** hours but i get no response, no email, no call back. Now, they have started disconnecting my calls, they take my booking number, then they put me on hold to contact their supervisor and then they disconnect my call and blame it on "network issue"
