Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had cancelled the flight on ** the October **** . My booking id is .EMT******** and EMT******** .I had been intimated that full refund will be given within seven working days but still no payment was done in the respective bank account and this had crossed ** working days .This is serious concern for me because six persons monetary involvement was there . Consequently refund of amount is almost necessary . I had attached the screen shots details of cancellation with this letter.
I will be obliged to you if kindly look upon this matter by understanding the gravity of the situations.
