Booked a room for * nights in Holiday inn express Pimpri Pune(**-**th August) using my Amex card with booking ID EMT*********.. stating error in payment after * hrs. Then pressing on the link provided i booked again with Kotak card and a new booking id generated EMT*********. Came to learn later that * rooms have been booked instead of * and payment deducted twice. Numerous calls and emails sent but no response as of now. Wrote to their ceo too.
