EaseMyTrip com - Unable to Board the flight due to infant name was disappeared

I booked flight for my family from Bombay to Bergen Norway and ticket includes Mywife,month Old Baby and my mother. When PNR is retrieved infant name was missing.
I informed easemytrip team well in advance but no proper action has been taken and airline did not allow them to board the flight due to missing name of infant on PNR. Family waited * hours in Mumbai airport and booked immediate available flight which costed ****** INR and Main ticket price was ***** INR.

Now I am fighting for justice but it is getting delayed from easemytrip.
