I purchased an LGOLED**C*X TV from Reliance Digital, Porvorim, Goa on the *th of February ****. After being given a Delivery time of around a week, the product didn't show up and delivery was canceled due to damage during transit. The same incident happened * more times until they ran out of the product and couldn't tell me if and when they can deliver. I went ahead and asked for the order to be canceled. This product was taken on EMI and on the *th of March ****, the amount of *****.** was debited from my account. I immediately proceeded to speak to the store and asked them to please refund the said amount. They assured me it would be done within **-** days. Today is the **nd of June and after speaking with numerous people and many apologies and promises later, I am still waiting for the refund. The store sends me an RRN number and says that the refund is done and now I need to chase my bank and ask them why it hasn't come into my account. I did that as well and the bank which is ICICI tells me there is no way that we will stop any refund from being credited to my account, nor are there any issues with my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
