Colive Garnet Hyderabad - Refund not issued

I stayed in Colive Garnet for *.* months. Paid all the money in advance and now after vacating as per their rules/policy, they are not willing to repay my deposit. This is my own money and they are not processing it.
I have raised atleast * SRs for the same. No response. Please help.
