I had booked an AirIndia flight round trip from India to Rome, Italy from **th June to **th June. Due to covid pandemic and cancellation of the flight, I did not travel. It’s been more than * months now that the airlines have not issued the refund not provided any voucher for the same. I have suffered financially so much during these unfortunate days and **k is a big amount to be left with some airlines from which you didn’t even travel. AirIndia has closed their customer case support, and I have tried more than hundred times to contact them and even went to their office, still no clue on when I will get my refund. I am exhausted mentally to keep following up for my own hard earned money that some airlines refuses to give back.
