Hi I made a booking through Paytm portal in Air India from Guwahati to Delhi but got cancelled due to lockdown. I booked * tickets holding Paytm Booking Id : *********** and PNR no. H*FMK which was scheduled to be boarded on **st March, ****. The flight got cancelled and as per airlines policy the flights which are cancelled by themselves should initiate full refund immediately. Moreover, I mailed Air India customer service and Paytm as well but got no clear response regarding the same. I even tried calling them several times but all went in vain. Also we are students and not having a financial stability. The Airlines and paytm is giving us options to reshedule the tickets but since we had a seminar to attend at Delhi so we booked the tickets but due to lockdown the seminar also got cancelled and no further date is given for that so it will be of no use if i reshedule the tickets. I even mailed dgca and DoT regarding the same. But no reply has been received from their side till now.
So I request the voxya to consider our problems and look after this matter as soon as possible. It will be of great help if you do so.
