My family and I had booked tickets for New Zealand for the year ****. With the COVID-** regulations we had to cancel the ticket. Our airlines, Singapore Airlines, offered us full refund and sent it to via.com, our travel agency. However, despite * months of follow-up, Via.com refuses to initiate our refund. They do not respond to messages and leave us in the lurch. We are looking at * lakh rupees which is our own money. There is mental harassment and via.com does not engage, does not provide any information or deadlines. They have received our money but are not transferring it to us. We are at our wit's end and in absolute desperate situation.
