Via.com - Flight ticket refund

I had booked an Indigo flight for July *st ****.
The flight got cancelled due to covid-**.
I have not been issued refund till date. When I contacted indigo, they informed me that the refund has already been initiated to via.com on **th July.
I have tried contacting via.com multiple times over email and over telephone. There has been a distinct lack of communication from them. This is very disappointing and I am deeply dissatisfied. Kindly assist me with this issue.
