I booked Air India flight ticket from kochi to jorhat through via.com.Due to Covid ** flight got cancelled.Airlines issued refund to travel agency(via.com).Till now they have not refunded the money and neither replied to any calls or mails
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
