I made a booking via Cleartrip with Indigo airlines. Indigo cancelled my booking due to the ongoing COVID ** and refunded my money the same day to Cleartrip. But Cleartrip has mailed me that the money will be refunded in ** days. What kind of policy is this? ** days! I need my money as soon as possible. I can't wait ** days. I belong to a poor family. If the airline has refunded then amount then what is the pain in transferring it to me!!
