Make My Trip - Refund not initiated of the ticket that we never received even after booking in full payment

I had booked * tickets to Ferrari world general admission through Make My Trip app on **nd November ****.
I did not receive any QR code (ticket) to enter the Ferrari World Theme Park. I wasn’t allowed to enter the same even after doing a full payment. It will almost be a month of raising this dispute to MMT, they are just incapable of helping. I have suffered mentally as I stood outside Ferrari world to resolve this issue for almost * -hours. I had been to Abu Dhabi just for a day that too to visit Ferrari World. I alongwith my wife couldn't even enter the same even after paying in advance. Make my trip has tortured us mentally and financially by not refunding the amount and not even connecting us to appropriate department to solve the same.
I beg you to help us. Our trip has already spoiled, we don't have good memories anyway. All I am asking for is a full refund, Infact after all the trouble faced, make my trip is responsible to pay us double.
