I regret to say that I am totally disappointed with Byju's way of approach in assisting my nephew's education. I fully agreed that the first ** days if we are not satisfied with your system, we could cancel our enrolment. But you know what happened, the first month their team monitored properly and no lagging infrequent follow-ups. From the second month, my nephew neither online nor offline in the tablet where I doubted that no one has called regarding tablet usage. No matter what, if student not using their product, the mentor should check and complain to their parent or guardian which never happened till date. Inevitably I started imparting about poor follow-ups to Byju's team. But nobody has replied properly and every time I get unresponsive numbers from customer care. Now I have no idea to step forward. One month later, byju's sent a mail to us as they needed the receipt copy of the payment made during the admission to initiate the refund process. We also sent the necessary details which they asked in that mail. But later no response after that from their side and we also not received the refund. So Please let me know if you are able to help us in this regard. Thank you.
