easemytrip - Refund not given

easemytrip agent completed misguided me regarding cancellation. My mother had been diagnosed with dengue due to which they could not travel. easemytrip have a policy that in case of medical emergency i will get my full refund back but they themselves did not do anything and asked me to contact the particular airlines myself. Then i got to know from the airlines that i have been misguided by the easemytrip agent. He told me to cancel the tickets first and then opt for refund under medical conditions , which was not true. I was advised by the airlines that i was misguided and i should have first got the medical documents verified and then should have cancelled. Bcos of there fault i am loosing my money. I should get my money back.
