Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I had booked air ticket having amount of ₹ ****/- only from Travolook website on **.**.** having Ref No REF********* thru my axis bank debit card. But due some operational issues, the ticket was cancelled from their side. They assured me to refund entire amount on original payment mode within ** days. But almost one and half month past and they didn’t refund my money back. Kindly resolve.
