- Refund not given against my cancelled flight ticket Open
I had booked my flight tickets through Goibibo for the month of June ****. Unfortunately, due to temporary shut down of Jet Airways, my flight ticket got cancelled and I received the intimation from Jet Airways as well as from Goibibo regarding the same. Since **th April ****, I have been taking continuous follow-ups from Goibibo regarding my refund but every time I was getting the same answer from customer support that they are trying to get the refund but still they haven't received it from Jet. Hence they cannot process my refund. On May **, **** at *.** a.m, I got an email from one of the support executives of Goibibo that they have received my refund from Jet Airways and they have directed their finance team to process the same. When I tried to take further information, the support executive stopped responding to my emails. On the same day, I got another email from Goibibo saying they have not received my refund yet. Since **th May, I have been trying to connect with Goibibo team but haven't received any proper solution. I doubt that they are using customers money for other purposes which is totally unethical. If Goibibo didn't receive my refund then why I got that email from the customer support team and why they are not responding on my emails or on my calls properly. The executive who was handling my concern also stopped receiving on the phone line and he is trying to ignore my calls. I am really disturbed with such irresponsible attitude of Goibibo team and I have serious doubts on their intentions as well. I am attaching written communication made my Goibibo executive regarding receipt of my refunds and also cancellation message from Jet Airways. I want Voxya team to investigate this matter and help me to get my refund back.
