I claim my warranty for my hiking sandel in **.**.****. The refund should be credited by **-** hours by decathlon gift card . Today is **.**.**** till I not get the gift card. I called several times to the customer helpline number of decathlon every time they assured me that "now the gift card you will get by next ** hours". But "the next ** hours" have not come yet.
