Decathlon - Refund not processed

I bought a sweatshirt for my relative from a decathlon store, due to incorrect size I went to store for size exchange but since the required size was not available, I was offered refund. I accepted it and then I was asked to fill my bank details on a link which was sent to me by the store manager, I filled the bank details and it's been over ** days I haven't received my refund, I tried reaching to the store manager but he is not answering phone and not replying to my msgs, the store is in guwahati and now I'm in Delhi, kindly help what to do
