I had recently booked a flight from Mumbai to dhaka for **th March, ****.the same got rescheduled by the airlines. I then had it again rescheduled on **th March, ****. Neither did the said website sent an email nor a message regarding the two times rescheduling. But due to ongoing coronavirus fear, I cancelled my flight with full refund. When I logged into my easemytrip account, the flight still showed on time and was still showing the oldy one, there was no refund option showing on the screen, so I sent an email regarding my issue for which I didn't receive a reply. Today when I logged into my account to see the process, it showed "trip completed",even after cancelling my tickets. I want my money back.
