Ashika filed complaint against Zomato on May 3, 2019
Zomato was supposed to refund a certain amount which they haven't done. I have constantly been in touch with my bank and they are unable to close on this since they haven't received the credit from Zomato. There's no way to contact them either since they don't respond to the customer care number. They show no interest and keep asking to drop in emails which haven't helped me in any way.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
