This is one of the worst app if you want to state your problems as they don't allow to talk with their customer care and they haven't provided any contact detail. My bookings got cancelled due to some network issues and now it shows that my refund for the same has been done yet it is not showing in my bank account
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
