Lenskart are forcefully holding up refunds and refuse rudely to pay back to the bank account instead they r paying back it as store credit , this store credit will allow one to purchase without benefits and make the customer pay extra for a item of similar pricing as your previous order. And they have no Solution for this and they won't refund the amount or give u benefits instead ask one to pay more.
