Cleartrip - Refund issue Cleartrip

My flight was cancelled by the indigo airline, after ** days when I contacted indigo airline (they did not do it directly - they wait for your call). Indigo then refunded me Rs.**** , a very low amount and told that they have refunded it to Cleartrip.

After that Cleartrip also did not refunded it to me directly(here also I have to make them a request for refund)

I thought now I will get the refund.

But then Cleartrip refunded me only Rs.*** and after many request additional ***. But then they deducted some *** charges as cancellation charges . Now why I should pay for this cancellation charges when INDIGO has cancelled the flight and not me.

Both cleartrip and indigo are looting the customer.
Cleartrip charged me cancellation charges even though it was not my mistake.
I want my full amount because after cancellation of the flight from airlines I have also incurred taxi charges from Pantnagar to Delhi Rs.****.My Total tour cost went up to *****.

This way if cleartrip and indigo harras customers then nobody would like to avail their services in future.

@Cleartrip - You should refund the exact amount which you have received from the airlines .You do not have any rights on the refunded amount. I paid you full TICKET charges of Rs.***** and now you should pay me the full refund amount.

If you continue doing such wrong tactics of charging customer some penalty on Cancelled flight from Airline.

One more thing even when they are refunding money they do not give it back to your account, they keep that money in the wallet.


A new twist which cleartrip gave in their reasin is that they gave me a discount of Rs.**** when I purchase the ticket that is I paid them ***** and they paid to airline Rs.*****.

and now that discount they are taking it back from me.



NOTE: FOR REFUND QUERIES THEY FORCED US TO MAKE ONLY CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE. NO EMAIL EVIDENCE THEY WANT.


IN FUTURE NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS MIDDLE AGENT SERVICE.
THIS IS HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO GROW BY LOOTING CUSTOMERS.
