Akhil Agrawal filed complaint against Lenskart on Aug 31, 2020
I purchased a frame from lenskart through sales executive at store and when I received my item it is not as per my expectation so I told to executive to exchange. Then he ask me to come when store is open but from * months shop is not opening due to covid and when shop is opened then he told me that there is no any collection of frame till August. So I wait till August then I called him then he told me that there is some casuality at home he is not available at store till * Aug after that I went to store last Thursday and I selected a frame but he is not able to order the frame due to some technical issues and told me that on Monday he will order that frame. But today he told me that frame is out of stock so select any other frame then I ask to refund my money because I return my frame without a single use. Now he told me that there is a refund policy of ** days and he can't refund my money. I want to contact at lenskart support centre but no any call received.
This is the case of gorakhpur lenskart store and executive name is Vipin Srivastava.
