I booked my flight on ** may ****, trip id ************.
my flight was resheduled by airline, I was given one time free offer of date change, which I used and changed my date.
later I decided to change it to another date with panalty charges and I called cleartrip agent regarding that to change my date, that cleartrip agent told me that i am having full refund offer by airlines, I asked him to double confirm whether I am having full refund or not, he spoke to airlines and said I am getting full refund if I cancel, so I told him to cancel.
later * days later, I got call from cleartrip and saying I will be charged panalty of *****/-
I said the agent has told me that I will get full refund. but they said airline is not giving full refund.
so the mistake is of cleartrip agent for not giving correct information.
cleartrip has checked the call revording of my conversation with agent. still they are telling me panalty of *****/-
how can I bear the *****/- due to mistake of cleartrip agent.
anyone please help me.. where can i complaint
