Karthikeyan Arumugam filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 16, 2020
I booked flight ticket from Coimbatore to Delhi (Round trip) from Make My Trip by using ICICI Debit card on September ****. Since ICICI bank and Make My Trip has a business deal, Make My Trip offered EMI option to us.
Due to some personal reason we had cancelled the trip. As per cancellation policy, Make My Trip confirmed to refund **** Rs. But we have not received refund money **** Rs till date (**-**-****). Because of the mistake made my Make My Trip, it's business supporter/Partner ICICI bank had charged huge interest from us, being a customer of ICICI bank.
Regarding this issue, we have communicated with Make My Trip and ICICI bank. But they are not responding us properly.
Need proper action against Make My Trip and ICICI bank. Also these two service providers are fully responsible for our loss and mental pressure.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
