Dated *rd February ****, I asked for cancellation by calling on Byjus no. +**-********** with a
request no. of (*********) which the executive provided. I also got a call
from the current mentor to whom I explained the inconvenience and asked him
to move forward with the cancellation as soon as possible. After that call,
today is the day and I haven't heard from anyone on the subject. Below are
the details I provided during the registration process, Requesting you
please expedite in getting the fees refunded at the earliest.
About my concern: while registering our son we were been sad that our ward
will get a special tutor who will guide him for everything during the
course & classes, which was never the case in the last * months of usage
and we had made a request to Byju's customer care several times to please
ask the mentors to connect with student frequently on his progress and
where ever he has assignments incomplete. But no one ever called to check
on the same. We felt cheated with the amount we invested in this course. We
belong to a lower-middle-class family and every penny is earned with lots
of hard work and we just cannot see it getting wasted. It's a humble
request for cancelling our course and getting the amount refunded at the
earliest.
