We have made a booking on **th November **** @ **.** pm of Byke Old Anchor Beach Resort (south goa)
Travel Date was for **th November **** to **th November ****
At the time of booking the cancellation policy of resort showed **th November **** for ***% refund and then after the booking and payment deducted.
Can you imagine that cancellation policy changed it showed ***% cancellation charge and changed date to **th Nov. which was just * mins bracket.
All above this when we called the resort to check some information we found that there are insects and bed bugs and low staff and this was all acknowledged and confirmed with the resort management itself.
Now how would anyone go to the resort knowing there is bad experience waiting for him and of-course some company of insects.
When we conveyed the same to EasemyTrip customer service executive they told they wills speak to the resort and take an update and cancel the reservation. But they told they will revert but there was no call or email from their end.
At any scenario I am not visiting that resort so I want ***% refund for the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
