The issue that I have experienced was: I made a flight booking on **/*/****with booking ID EMT********. Though the payment was made and invoice received EaseMyTrip never confirmed my tickets. When I reached back to them for query they told me I would get refund in *-* working days. It's been ** days, and inspite of repeated mails and calls they refuse to refund the money.
It occurred on: **/**/****
I would like EaseMyTrip to refund my money at the earliest possible.
