I had taken the MMT date change option which enabled me to reschedule the flight. After rescheduling, I was entitled to a refund of **** Rs (due to the fare difference)but now I have not received my refund amount yet. I had mailed mmt regarding this and also had a talk with them regarding this but they had not taken any action and then closed my complaint. So please look in this regard.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
