Booked flight tickets to Shirdi from Bengaluru thru MMT for * senior citizens on Spicejet. Due to covid, cancelled tickets with airline and got partial refund in early Dec ****. Still running from pillar to post for my refund from MMT, which despite being only a booking agent wants to retain (credit voucher) bulk of the amount already refunded to it by the airline. They have one of the worst consumer redressal mechanism enjoying public money for free while the founders talk about values and customer service.
