On Friday, **th April.. I was booking a Forex order of USD **** on MMT website. After completing the payment I realized there was no order created but amount of Rs ******.** got deducted from the account. I reached out to MMT support and they asked me to raise concern on care@bookmyforex.com. I did the same but to my surprise they asked me to get in touch with MMT because payment has been received by MMT bank and not bookmyforex bank. This is MMT system glitch for which I have to suffer mentally and financially. There is no grievance redressal mechanism. Customer support is waste, they don't know anything and reluctant to escalate.
I have investigated further and find confirmation from payment accelerator CCAvenue as below
"Dear Customer, This is with reference to your below mentioned Transaction , Your transaction was a successful transaction. Below are its details Order No : ME******BDD***E CCAvenue Reference no : ************ Date : ****-**-** **:**:**.** Amount :******.** Status:It is a Successful transaction and the amount is been further processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to your merchant. (http://www.makemytrip.com)"
Someone have to just find out where is the payment and initiate refund.
