Homelane Interiors - Refund demanded from homelane for service cancelled

We had visited Homelane showroom in Viman nagar, Pune. The interior designer showed us the showroom and different designs colors, ideas of rooms etc. They then created a *D model based on our requirements and in master bedroom we only had selected wardrobe & dressing table not even study table and side table still it costed us whooping *lakh + (bed excluded).

They showed us the total cost with some spot discount of about **%. We were lured by the discount and did not take into consideration the room by room cost.
After we received the quote on our mail saw the room by room cost, we knew we were robbed!!

So we requested to refund the money as we did not take any service, but they denied simply saying the receipt we received says no refund. I asked them to provide a service for that particular amount and they are not responding to that request now.

I need urgent help.
