I had placed an order with Amazon India, it was a PSU for my Gaming PC which was dead on arrival, later I cancelled the order and Amazon agreed to refund the amount, as I decided to buy the same part from local store since Amazon was taking about a week during the lockdown period. Since then Amazon had been saying that we have done the refund, but they are unable to share the reference number, they said it is technical issue for which we have not received the payment reference number and my Bank said there is not payment from Amazon, and they are askin for payment reference number. I am stuck in this infinite loop.
Any moment I call Amazon they are saying within next two days you will receive the payment but its now more then ** days and no payment, I am completely frustrated with this. I dont get any update from Amazon directly, every time I am the one who has to call and then I am said another *-* working days etc etc... What do I do now?
