I had made a cab booking (airport drop) for the ** of Aug ****, from Bangalore (residence) to Bangalore airport vide booking no. CARPFFECDJX**R* for * pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel this booking which I did before ** hrs. Wherein booking cancellation policy clearly shows that **% would be deducted and rest refunded.
However, now Goibibo team is claiming that this is a non-refundable booking and hence refund cannot be done. This is clearly against their own published cancellation policy. Kindly do help with this.
