I had sent a refund request to ecommerce@airindia.in on **Dec**** for the tickets unused due to flight cancellation. So far not received any response or refund. So I lodged a complaint to Customer support on **Feb **** - reference case no. ********:
Total ticket fares paid- OMR ***.* through online using my Bank Muscat Debit card. I have sent mails to ecommerce@airindia.in, contactus@airindia.in. spoke to the customer service and haven't received any solution as if yet. When I call the customer care service, they say that I have to contact ecommerce team since I booked tickets through website but the ecommerce number provided in the website and by the customer service representative seems to be engaged all the time and I am unable to talk to the ecommerce team. I have sent multiple mails to them but I don't get any response from them at all.
