I need your attention towards the trouble created by the airline authorities. I had booked a ticket in Goairlines using Goibibo app for **th April **** from Bangalore to Ranchi with booking id O**SUV in GoAir flights for an amount of ₹***** which was suspended due to covid-**.
Now the airline authorities are not responding me on twitter facebook to help resolve the issue and give my money back.
Even after sending them mor than **+ multiple reminders there is no response from them since **th April ****.
Kindly request you to help me with the full refund and if possible please take strict action against the airlines as the common man is being tortured like anything.
Looking forward hearing from you in this regard.
Please do the needful at the earliest to help resolve my refund amount related issue.
